Her 20+ years of corporate experience offers clients a powerful resource system to keep them motivated, move in the right direction, and help them look at where they are now vis-a-vis where they like to be and help bridge the gap.

Vina Vidal Vicente

Vina is an author, learning experience designer, facilitator, change management practitioner, stakeholder engagement specialist, communications and public affairs strategist, certified English grammar instructor, and a blues singer. Vina has worked in expert and leadership roles in various industries, including print media, government, non- government / advocacy, education, and, most recently, energy and shared services.

Michael Santos

Michael is a recognized operations strategist with more than 20 years of experience with a solid background in building and managing leaders in Information Technology. Most recently, Michael was the Asia Pacific Regional Manager for Information Technology for a multi-national energy and gas company. He took time off to be an entrepreneur and established his home renovation and handicraft business using the skills and initiative necessary to promote local industries. Michael is the Treasurer and a Trustee of the Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP).
